Our friendly & knowledgeable dance instructors have multiple teaching certifications including National Dance Council of America, Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing, DVIDA, and Roll Call Wheelchair Dance.

About Our Dance Studio

Dance With Me Southlake is our first ballroom dance studio in Texas. Opened in January of 2016, DWM Southlake is the premiere destination for dancing fun, staying healthy, meeting friendly people, and learning new skills!

The entire Dance With Me family is devoted to your success at every level. Dance With Me Studios are the perfect combination of rigorous programs and fun teachers who create an encouraging atmosphere where you will gain confidence and grow.

    Jazz
    Learn foundational moves, dynamic techniques, and upbeat routines in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.

  • TUESDAY 7:40 PM

    Two Step
    This lively and popular country dance is perfect for social dancing, with its smooth turns and easy-to-learn patterns. In this class, you’ll master the basic step, leading and following techniques, and fun moves to keep you in sync with the music.

  • WEDNESDAY 7:40 PM

    Beginner Jive
    This beginner class will teach you the basics of this upbeat and energetic dance style, focusing on fun footwork and rhythms.

  • THURSDAY 7:40 PM

    Rhythm
    In this class, you’ll learn the fundamental steps of American Rumba, basic turns, and partner connection techniques in a fun and welcoming environment. Featuring smooth hip movements and a playful, slow-quick-quick rhythm

  • FRIDAY 6:50 PM

    West Coast Wine Down
    Learn the smooth and versatile style of West Coast Swing in this beginner class! Perfect for first-time dancers, you’ll master the basics of this modern partner dance in a relaxed and social setting. Enjoy complimentary wine as you dance the night away

Brandon Wisner

Growing up in rural Mississippi, dancing was not exactly a popular career field. From a young age, Brandon became known for mimicking Michael Jackson, James Brown, Usher, and many others - often to the disruption of his classes. It wasn’t long before his obsession with copying these “dance greats” had gained him an understanding of dance, in general. Brandon began exploring his own creativity and teaching himself hip hop in high school. He didn’t begin any sort of formal dance training until age 19 when he joined Baton Rouge ballroom studio looking for ways to integrate various styles of dance into hip hop. However, Brandon quickly fell in love with the technique associated with the other styles of dance. It didn’t take long before the studio recognized his natural talent and recruited him as a full-time instructor. Brandon has been teaching Ballroom professionally since 2007 and has choreographed and performed countless routines during that time. He was also nationally ranked as a Top Teacher for 6 years running and he even competed on a season of “So You Think You Can Dance.” With Brandon’s “life of the party” attitude, it usually doesn’t take long for his students to tout him as the highlight of their day. He couldn’t be more excited to further his career and share his passion as Manager of Dance with Me’s Southlake studio.
