Dance Studio in NYC: Ballroom Lessons & Dance Classes

This August, our American Rhythm class will focus on Cha Cha and Rumba. Throughout the month, you’ll learn the technique, timing, and styling that make these dances unique while working through the Dance With Me syllabus week by week. Starting with the beginner fundamentals and progressing toward more advanced figures, each class builds on the last to help you grow as a dancer.

Hip-Hop Fusion takes familiar ballroom songs and flips the script by blending them with hip-hop-inspired choreography. Instead of dancing traditional ballroom patterns, we’ll explore a fresh movement style that highlights either the lyrics or the musicality of the music, creating a completely different feel and interpretation. It’s a fun, creative way to experience songs you already know from a whole new perspective, as well as new songs to spice things up.
